ETD Transformers
Our experience in manufacturing and supplying power transformers and other world-renowned products dates back to 1923. Our company's current production program includes single-phase and three-phase power transformers, autotransformers, furnace transformers, traction chokes for use in the railway industry, as well as special reactors.
We build on the legacy of Škoda plants. ETD transformers are designed, manufactured, tested and delivered to customers worldwide. We combine tradition, modern design and modern product technology. All transformers are delivered to their destination and then installed and tested. We comply with international standards and technical specifications.
Our plant also includes an Electrical Testing Laboratory, which offers a wide range of accredited and non-accredited tests.

Production space
The total area of the plant is 25,400 m2 - of which 11,600 m2 is used as a production area, 8,500 m2 is occupied by warehouse space, 10,500 m2 is used by logistics, and the rest by administration. Additional space is available in other buildings owned by ETD if needed. These premises can also be rented, if you are interested, please make an inquiry.
Office space
Another 5,000 m2 are used as office space.
Number of employees
The total number of employees is 176, of which 93 are blue-collar workers and 79 are white-collar employees. 41 experienced electrical engineers work in our team.
Sales
Most of our clients come from abroad. 65% of our production is exported. At the same time, we are a market leader of domestic production.
As a former Škoda company, we are proud of the tradition of manufacturing and supplying power transformers and other world-renowned products. This tradition dates back to 1923. Our factory is located in the original brick premises of the Škoda factories. This space was founded in the years 1918 – 1919 in the Doudlevce district of Pilsen near Prague.
